Beside dances from The middle east, North africa and Turkey I also like Latinamerican dances such as salsa and samba. Right now I am focusing on increasing my knowledge about Ori tahiti (dances from Tahiti) and Hula dance (dances from Hawaii). I am finding the polynesian culture to be very exciting!
To dance doesn´t only give a strong body but also body awareness, mobility, balance and condition. Not to mention the wonderful effects it has on your mind and self-esteem. Dancing suits so many different occasions;
